Pennsylvania gal. Ran, hurdled and jumped for 8 years culminating in having my name emblazoned on a wall in the athletic halls of Notre Dame. Now... I'm a yoga girl, I like to hike, search for seaglass, look for rainbows, connect with spirit among waterfalls and catch a good documentary or indie flick every now and again. I've designed nearly 500 websites over 18 years. Never knew the amazing healing benefits of a solid 8+ hr. nights' sleep until I met Craig.

I am one of the small group of people actually born in Washington, D.C. My youth was spent in Crofton, MD causing a ruckus and dreaming of the big time. Since then, I've traveled the world playing music and making great friends (favorite gig was playing the first ever rock concert in Chuuk, Micronesia). I've lived in the Blue Ridge Mountains, New York City, Los Angeles and now the North Carolina coast. Up next......who knows... I credit Tricia with helping me get a much deeper and heartier laugh!
